Today in the midst of my "running around" I find something that stops me in my tracks. I am in Walgreens, looking at the Christmas candy. I find this ornament, filled with candy. It reads, "Jesus is Born". Amongst my own Christmas chaos, God revealed to me the real meaning of Christmas. It is about, Jesus Christ coming into the world as a baby; to ultimately live, proclaim about the one true God and die for our sins.
I so easily get overwhelmed by the to-do list of Christmas, and can forget to enjoy the ultimate gift to each one of us... Jesus Christ.
