Laura is truly amazing and since I have the access to her blog, I thought I would tell you about Laura's comittment to prayer.
She just completed her 2nd year of leading the Mom's In Touch weekly prayer group for Mom's of JFK Elementary students here in Sioux Falls. Each week she leads a couple of gals in praying for their children, their children's classmates, teachers, and administrators.
God has answered many of their prayers and has honored their efforts. Darin's kindergarten teacher last year and Ashley's teacher this year has told us that these two classes have been the best behaved, eager to learn classes. Their prayers asking for God to help in Darin and Ashley's adjustment to school life really helped Laura through her adjustment as well.
Laura's passions for Mom's in Touch has enabled her to help mentor and train other moms who will be starting prayer groups for their schools this coming fall. Laura produced some spots for LIFE 96.5 encouraging Mom's to become prayer warriors for their children and schools.
Thank you Laura for your leadership in prayer. It is making a difference and only eternity will show the work of your efforts in engaging in this spiritual battle.
