Jeff was inspired by a cooking program to try Fried Bananas. He printed off the recipe, bought the ingredients and started to work. We topped them with melted choc. chips and clover honey... with a dusting of powdered sugar. Wow! They were delicious! Way to go hubby! The kids thoroughly enjoyed them.
