Darin's 4th grade class made pumpkins pies. I helped and watched over as they baked. The mixing went smoothly... the baking was another story. 4 pies baking in 2 school ovens... didn't turn out the way I liked. It was a juggling act and they ended up burning around the edges and a bit scorched on top... Darin said they tasted good with whipped cream thankfully.
