The JFK Third Graders perform a Wax Museum at the end of the year. They have to choose a famous deceased person to research. They gather information and pictures for a poster and memorize a speech to perform at the museum at school. Ashley chose Rose Wilder Lane, daughter of Laura Ingalls Wilder. We gathered the costume. Grandma provided the hat. She did a great job portraying Rose. The kids all looked so good in their costumes. It is such a great opportunity to learn public speaking skills. Thank you to Aunt Heidi who came to watch!
