As a married couple it is so good to have a getaway. My sister and her husband graciously invited the kids to spend a day/night with them. We decided to do something different this time. We went to the Cities, without visiting family. We shopped at IKEA, Jeff for the first time. We stayed at a hotel,and Don Pablo's (a wonderful Mexican restaurant) was right next door. So great. Then we decided to go see a Improv. Comedy production at the Chanhassed Dinner Theater. We enjoyed a chocolate piece of cake for two, while laughing the night away. Great conversations, reconnecting and renewing... We are so thankful for God's gift of marriage.
