Remember that as a child? Mom would rub it on my chest and slap a washcloth over it. Clear breathing. The smell.....
I used this on my daughter last night, but on her feet. I heard that slathering it on the feet and then covering them with socks helps with coughing and nasal congestion. She didn't cough for the first two hours and then it was only periodically.

Vick's Vapor Rub is the only way to sleep through the night with a persistant cough. My mom would put it on my chest and throat and then wrap a rag around my neck. Worked like a charm!! Our whole family uses it!!
