I am studying Beth Moore's Psalms of Ascent. It is very good. Here are some nuggets I am gleaning.
Keeping our eyes focused on God- and not our problems- will downsize everything else into its proper place. God is enthroned over everything that troubles you!
God is ON OUR SIDE! He glorifies us, justifies us, is always by our side, gives us all things, intercedes for us, loves us, protects us.... WOW!
Can we really believe God is on our side.. and not just us on God's side?
I love how Psalm 139:5 describes God's help and presence... "You hem me in- behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me."
